up to 22 days before the reserved arrival - no cancellation fee
21 - 15 days before the reserved arrival: cancellation fee 20% of the stay price
14 - 7 days before the reserved arrival: cancellation fee 40% of the stay price
7 - 2 days before the reserved arrival: cancellation fee 70% of the stay price
2 - 0 days before the reserved arrival - cancellation fee 100% of the stay price
